Techni-Craft was contracted to perform PMs on Rational & Merrychef ovens at multiple Tim Hortons locations in beautiful Whitehorse, Yukon.

Check for proper clearances
Check for any wear on components like the cook basket, cook plate and stubs, impinger plate, partition plate, etc.
Check air filters and vents for blockages
Check the unit for damage and ensure the customer has the correct cleaning supplies/tools
Replace any worn door gaskets and seals
Perform software update and test ovens for proper operation
