Alder House is a supportive living residence located in Daajing Giids, BC - Population 964.

Recently their Garland commercial oven required service so one of our Technicians, Dan, gathered up his tools and hopped on a 1.5 hour flight, then a 30 min ferry ride to this small village in Northern BC to help. Just for reference, driving distance from Vancouver would have been 1700 km - about 26 hours!

Dan successfully repaired the oven and the kitchen staff were absolutely thrilled to have it working in time to prepare their turkey dinner for the residents’ Easter celebration!

This is why we love doing service! Big smiles on our customers faces - just like these two lovely ladies. 👌
